Paid subscribers have access to all content in our three weekly emails, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each day has a theme, and each week of the month has a different focus.

Mondays

Every Monday all subscribers get a weekly look Into Our Kitchens, to see what we are preparing, what we discovered, what went wrong and how we fixed it (it happens to all of us!), and more. This is an intimate glimpse into our daily cooking and why we love it so much!

Wednesdays

Paid subscribers also get a rotating selection of health-related nutrition content, from complex carbs, spices and supplements to how to eat the Weil-recommended Anti-Inflammatory Diet. Actionable advice to create a healthier kitchen that is delicious and satisfying.

Fridays

Every Friday all subscribers will get our favorite picks of the week - recommendations of kitchen and dining tools we have used and loved. Paid subscribers will also get a NEW seasonal recipe every Friday!

Unpaid subscribers will receive our Monday Inside Our Kitchens and our Friday Recommendations, along with occasional recipes and posts.

Who’s Cooking?

Andrew Weil, M.D., is a world-renowned leader and pioneer in the field of integrative medicine, a healing-oriented approach to health care which encompasses body, mind, and spirit. Combining a Harvard education and a lifetime of practicing natural and preventive medicine, Dr. Weil is the founder and director of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. Dr. Weil is an internationally recognized expert for his views on leading a healthy lifestyle, his philosophy of healthy aging, and his critique of the future of medicine and health care.

Diana Weil is the daughter of Andrew Weil. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health, Licensed and Certified Dietitian, Certified Integrative and Holistic Health Coach and a yoga instructor. Her approach to diet and nutrition is based on the theory that everyone has the innate ability to heal themselves and that food is medicine - an angle she grew up seeing developed by her father. Diana focuses on a whole-person approach to healing. She has a passion for healthy living, food that doesn’t just do good, but also that looks and tastes good.
