Cinnamon-Baked Apples
This naturally sweet, high in fiber, and rich in antioxidants recipe makes for a satisfying dessert without refined sugar.
Ingredients
3 apples, sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Toss apples with cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and oil.Spread in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, until tender.
